I Have to Keep Putting in My Serial Number

      I realize this is probably the wrong place to ask–but why does Creative Suite keep asking me to put in my serial number. It seems like every two weeks or so, I have to put it in when launching any of the Create Suite CS6 apps.

      In fact, it happened last night and I put it in [I launched PhotoShop]. Then I launched InDesign tonight and once again I was asked to register and I was asked for my serial number.

      My product is registered.

      I don’t understand why every couple of weeks I have to put in my serial number again.

      I get a dialogue box about the cloud thing, which I’m not interested in, and I have to put in my serial number.

      I contacted Adobe Support several times, but never heard back.

      Do you all have any ideas?
