Hyperlink to target a "blank" page

      In an FL ePub is it possible to get a hyperlink to load a URL in a “blank” or “new” web page? So that one could pull assets from the web (for instance, a static printable pdf) that would load in a frame / page above the ePub and then disappear when clicked so the underlying ePub would be visible right where the user left off…
