hyperlink the page numbers

      Hi All

      Is there any syntax for hyperlink the page numbers to a particular page,

      for eg., Text 1, 5, 25

      the page numbers 1, 5, and 25 are hyperlinked to the corresponding pages respectively.

      Please help me if anybody know
