Hyperlink Problem from Word to CS4

      Hi All,

      My colleague has imported a word document into a CS4 document that contains hyperlinks.

      However, these links are not active, and when he tries to make them links in CS4, that option is greyed out?

      I have had a look and cannot work out what the problem is…ideas?
