How to remove extra spaces that created accidentally among the words?

      Hi

      I copy and paste a long document into InDesign CS5 from MS Word 2010 that has many spaces among the words, now which mode and commands in InDesign CS5,s Find and Change dialog box can help me to remove these extra spaces that created by Tab/Space keys accidentally?

      Grep search for

      t+s+

      Change to

      <press the spacebar>
