How to create a paragraph number referenced index in indesign?

      I have a long text of numbered paragraphs in InDesign. Each of them contains some topics and I want to label each paragraph by the relating topics which that paragraph includes them. Then, I want to create an index of topics with reference to paragraph numbers as well as page numbers.

      I know that is not possible by default InDesign indexing.

      Can anybody suggest me a script doing this job?

        but how can I send images in reply to a comment? or insert them inside the text? I cannot see any option for text formatting in the text editor of this site!

      You can post images by uploading to a site such as imgbb.com and then posting the URL here.

      Can you do what you want with x-refs instead of index entries?
      Have you looked at the IndexMatic script from indiscripts.com?

      Khabar, that is a .rar file, not an image.

        It contains an indd and its PDF files.
        Is there any problem for opening rar file?
