How to count and find out exact number of a specific word in InDesign?

      Hi everyone

      I wonder how we can count specific word(s) or short phrase that use and repeat a lot in InDesign. For example, I import a long and huge body text about pesticide and insects role in plants and agriculture. I see “ladybug” word (useful insect in agriculture!) repeat a lot in the document, but I don’t know how many times. Now how can I find the exact number of repeated words (in this case: “ladybug”) in my InDesign document?
      I just find this useful and quick trick in this Adobe forum’s page: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1379552

      It works and cool trick!, but I’d like to know is there any way except using Find/Change dialog box? Is there any free script for it or another built-in feature in InDesign?
