I do design work for an interior paint company, i.e. a colour brochure.
They scan their paint colour to provide me with an NCS colour code.
Then I take the NCS code to https://www.kalkuler.com/kalkulator to get the Pantone code, or I also use https://www.e-paint.co.uk/.

Although the Paint company requires the Pantone code, they print the brochure in CMYK.
Finally, I convert the Pantone code to CMYK, using this website: https://www.pantone.com/

Now you can just imagine what a mess this can create. What is the most reliable way to convert NCS colour codes to Pantone and CMYK?

I don’t know what an NCS code is, but I would suggest trying to find someone with a colorimeter who can scan the color and provide you with an “Lab” (or LAB) color.
