How reset overridden frame size?

      I have a document with many images. In every case I have “fit frame to contents.” Now I need to change the frame position and size on the master page and have the change reflected in all my image objects.

      How do I do this most efficiently?

      Or, is there a script that does what I want? Or do I need to write one?
