How can I place individual text frames based on Word headings?

      I have a long Word document broken down into variously sized sections by headings (specifically, Heading 1). I want to place each section of that Word doc into its own InDesign text frame. I’m trying to have dynamic links to the Word document that can be edited by other folks yet be dispersed amongst separate pages within InDesign.

      Is there a way to refill the cursor section by section while placing?
