Putting together a pdf for iPad using cs6.

I have content that fits a standard iPad format BUT I also have these very long timelines (170cm x 21 cm). These need to be displayed zoomed in – with the reader swiping right to accessing the remainder of the content (so a horizontal scroll).

Whenever I test it on the iPad it displays the full image (so zoomed out and tiny).
Just to clarify – I have two different sizes in the same document – standard iPad size and then these annoyingly long ones.

So how do I make sure I view them right on the iPad?

Sorry a bit of a novice with anything for iPad.

See example of what I mean here: https://forums.adobe.com/message/6718644#6718644
      Thanks!

      Hi overskaeg,

first, I would check to see that you are working with 72 ppi(pixels per inch image)

second, iPad screen resolution needs to be 1024 x 768.

third, you will need a layout for both vertical and horizontal layouts if you intend your reader to flip their iPad.

      Start here.

You may have to create that screen the same width as your graphic size, make sure you are using pixels not centimeters to fit the appropriate length.

      Ken
