Hello, ok so I have an important question and if somebody can help it would be really great.

At our work here, we edit large indesign documents, the problem is that at the end we always have to read the entire document to find any copyrighted word or term, take note and add those to the trademarks at the end of the document. This is really time consuming.

Here is the million dollars question, is there a script that can scan through the document and automatically find words and terms that are copyrighted (against a complete list of words that I would provide, like a database of terms) and tell you which ones are on the text so one does not have to read every time the document and take note?

I hope I explained myself clearly enough and if somebody can help on this it would be fantastic.

I would take a look at IndexMatic to see if it will do what you need:

and it won’t cost a million dollars, either! :-)
