Help with Bookmarks

      Hello Everyone,

      I am having a problem with bookmarks! Instructed to pull up bookmarks panel to place new bookmark where I want it to be, however, I do not get the total bookmark list unless I have the TOC document pulled up first. I can create the bookmark, but when I go to the chapter to highlight the destination. The original bookmark panel disappears that lists all of my chapters. When I pull up the destination chapter, the only bookmark panel I get is blank! I hope I'm making sense. Can anyone help??
