Hello: I am very familiar with InDesign, but new to GREP. I have a list of names that I am pulling in from an Excel spreadsheet that is tab delimated and they will already be in alphabetical order. An example is below.

Jean Matthew Simons Bakersfield NY Psychology
Ryan Christopher Tobin Brookfield WI Business Administration
Michala Jane Truman New Hampton IA Accounting
Jessica Sherie Vance Jackson MS Marketing Accounting

I need to figure out how to use GREP (or Nested Styles ?) to format so they look like the following in two columns…

Jean Matthew Simons Bakersfield, NY Michala Jane Truman New Hampton, IA
      Psychology Accounting
Ryan Christopher Tobin Brookfield, WI Jessica Sherie Vance Jackson, MS
      Business Administration Marketing/Accounting

Do I need GREP to format or something else? Again, new to this so not sure what I need to do. Please assist as I have several hundred names I am trying to format for a program.

      Many Thanks.

      Beth
