Have TablesToCSV and inline merge scripts been updated?

      I just watched David Blatner’s excellent course on data merges in inDesign on Lynda.com. When I downloaded the scripts for inline merges and Tables2csv from Loic Aigon and tried to install them, I got the message that they needed to be updated from 32-bit. Are there updated versions available anywhere — I didn’t see them on Loic’s website. Or are there alternatives? I am trying to make a directory of names and addresses.
