"Grouping" text and a button in InDesign CS5

      Hello to all!

      I am creating an interactive eBook designed for language study. I have the text on one layer, a button over vocabulary words that trigger a popup containing a definition upon rollover. What I would like to do is to be able to keep the text as text inline, but if I move the text around, the button moves with the text (actually usually a single word). I do not want to have to reposition the button everytime I edit the text.

      I suspect it actually cannot be done and it would be helpful just to know that I have reposition the “button” manually. Thanks for any help or advice!
