Grep to find digits in order

      i have a document that has numbers in an order (1,2,3,4,5) and there are numbers between them that are not (22,23,20,24,25) i would like to know if there is a grep expression to search only for the numbers that are in order.

      I don’t think this is achievable with GREP, may be some script can do the magic.
