      Hello all,

I’m having an issue with my GREP styles. I have them set up so that any characters after a slash (/) will have a certain style applied. However, this style only activates if there are more than 7 characters after the slash. It’s been baffling me and I can’t figure out what I’ve overlooked.

Here’s an imgur album showing the text with the styles, what happens after I add two spaces after the slash, and the text with hidden characters turned on. https://imgur.com/a/cqo9l

If there’s any other information you need, let me know. I’m using InDesign CS5.5.

      Thanks!

Okay, I might have posted too soon, I was able to fix this by using \r instead of ~b in my “amount” style. However I’m still confused over what was happening before. What’s the difference between ~b and \r, and why did ~b work for all of the listings except the two in the image?

      Thanks!
