GREP style for Whole First sentence

      Hi guys, I have a query regarding GREP, can you help with the code for the following please?

      I have 3 parsgraphs for a bosdy copy that I have a paragraph style attached to it. The whole first sentence of only the first paragraph needs to be bold/italic. (The rest of the body copy is italic).

      I cannot find any grep styles for ONLY first sentence.. can anyone help please?

      Have you tried using a Nested Line Style instead of GREP?

      It does every paragraph, rather than just the first paragraph

      Sounds to me like you need a separate paragraph style for the first paragraph. It could then have the regular paragraph style as its “next”. You could then apply the nested line style to the first para and have it not apply to the “regular” paragraphs.
