    I exported an EPUB from InDesign and validated it before uploading to Google Play Books. I’ve actually tested it on both my android phone (Samsung Galaxy S9) and an iPad Air 2. On both devices, the app crashes while flipping through the EPUB. It also seems that only single pages in portrait mode will display no matter what orientation your device is in. On the phone, both text and images appear. On the iPad, most pictures and text don’t show so that most pages are blank. So two main concerns:

    1) Do EPUBs only display as single pages in portrait mode no matter what orientation your device is in?
    2) Is anyone else experiencing crashes when trying to look through an EPUB they created in InDesign? Or is it a general problem when uploading and viewing your own EPUBs and isn’t specific to the program that exported the EPUB?
