GLUON – Proscale

      Does anyone know what’s happened to GLUON?
      They’ve taken my money for an upgrade to Proscale that works with Indesign CS6, but I can’t register the plug-in.
      The demo mode has expired. I’ve tried registering through the plug-in and through their plug-in manager, but to no avail.
      I’ve emailed them, but most of the email addresses they supply don’t work and bounce. The email addresses that do seem to work, no-one answers. I’ve even tried the phone numbers that they have on their website, but I got a fax machine.

      That is strange! I believe Gluon was purchased by Quark a year or two ago. I suggest contacting them. If you get an answer, please come back and let us know what you found, in case others have the same question.

      Thanks David. Took your advice and got on to Quark. They sent me the details that I needed to register Proscale.
      No explanation about what’s going on with Gluon though.
