Can I find out what settings I used to make a pdf out of InDesign from the pdf?

I need to recreate a process that printing successfully a year ago and I have good notes on all but the settings for the pdf. It was an abstract geometric design made of color graphic shapes InDesign, part of a process of creating the end product Photoshop files the printer wants by placing that pdf in Photoshop and doing the type element separately in Illustrator and pasting into the Photoshop file as well. Got the idea from a tutorial David did for Lynda.com on integration of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Printed great and I just need to do the same thing now for many other completed designs.

I just would use the x4 settings from indesign (you can get then from gwg workgroup (or standard in latest CC). That way transparancy is conserved which should make thins easier.
