Generate PDF/Advance Printing

      Hi there,

      I have 200 unique A5 forms with a specific order that I want to print on 100 A4 pages (so 2 forms on each piece of paper).
      Becuase this is a recurring scenario I would like a easy solution to generate this.

      The way I would like this to see is:
      Page 1: Left side: Form 1, Right side: Form 101
      Page 2: Left side: Form 2, Right side, Form 102
      and so on.

      The reason I want it like that is because, when the printing is finished I only have to cut the A4 in half, and then just put the first stack on the second one and the order remains.

      Anyone here knows how to do this?
      Adobe support couldnt help me :)
      Note: It is not multiple pages printing or booklet printing (as I checked that).
