Gap between frame and table

      There is an annoying space between the left edge of a frame and the table inside, it makes aligning to graphics and text more difficult. Does anyone know how to overcome this please.

      Check the Inset Spacing or the indent values of the text frame. Also if you are not using table/cell borders, then make the Cell Inset values to zero.

      Also, within the frame, select the Table just like you would text, and align it to your preference (Left, Center, Right).
