Fuzzy type while copying

      When I am trying to copy text from Word, or any other program I have tried, into a fairly long document I am working on it appears fuzzy, as though someone had dropped water on a printed page. I am working in CS3.

      I can copy the same text into a new InDesign document, but then if I re-copy the same text into the old document it is fuzzy again.

      Is there something wrong with my old document? What kind of solution do you suggest.
