Whenever I export my ID file into a swf file, my text gets blurry. I have tried using all the text export options (under the Advanced tab when exporting), but none seem to fix the problem.

      Ideas?

Make sure that you don't have any transparency or effects on the text. Try bringing the text to the font or placing it on its on layer above everything else.

There are no effects or transparency on the text. I moved the text to its own layer above everything else and it's still fuzzy. Do you have any other ideas? Could it be the font? The fonts are: Myriad Pro and Adobe Garamond Pro.

Try viewing it on another computer, maybe there are settings on your monitor that are effecting the look fo the text.

It looks the same on other computer monitors. The text when videwed as a swf file is not as crisp as in the ID file. Do you have any other ideas? I even changed the font on one page to Ariel and got the same fuzzy effect when viewed as a swf file.

I have the same experience. Tried some tips from others with no results. I thought the reason is the tansformation from vectorfont to pixels. But Flashtext does it much better.

      So any suggetions?

      Thanks in advance.

So I've tried everything suggested here and the text still looks fuzzy/rasterized. Does anyone else have a suggestion? Is this a flaw with ID 5.5?
