Frame vs Flow XML workflow

      Well, I'm watching InDesign CS5: Dynamic Publishing Workflows in XML on Lynda.com and was wondering which workflow would be best suited for making two different layouts (portrait & landscape) for iPad with the same content.

      I started getting staff at the newspaper to work with the inline method to place images and such for eBooks.
