Frame border question

I'm using double-strokes (4 pt; thick outside, thin inside) on frames with images in them. Problem is, the little gap between the thick and thin rules is transparent, and thus shows the picture in that little space, which greatly reduces the effectiveness of this border treatment. Is there a way to specifiy the color in between the strokes? The only alterative would seem to be to painstakingly add additional frames for the stroke alone, so I can move it off the images' edges. That seems silly and, in my case, a lot of extra work in my 136 p. book. Any advice?

      Thanks,

      T.

D'uh! Thanks! I didn't think to look in the Stroke palette — I was looking for it in the big global pallette.

      Best,

      T.
