Do any of you experts know a way I can create a pdf document with an editable text field that contains a vector graphic. I've attached a visual of what I am trying to achieve: My client composes (a lot of) music and I'd like to provide a way so they can add covers their scores themselves. Some of the titles are long, some are short, but in all instances the title ends with a graphic on a separate line. I'm sure InDesign CS6 /Acrobat X can do this I just can't get my head around the process.
