Fixed Layout Export and EndNotes

      I have a document in which I created EndNotes from within InDeisgn and like I want them they appear at the end of the document. This is a Fixed layout EPUB. I was expecting the link would be active on EPUB Export but they are not. The EPUB looks great but no connections between the superscripted numbers and the endnotes. Thank you for any thoughts.
