Fix page numbers on Index when table spans on two-pages

      Hello,

      I have a table that spans in two-pages. It’s a Conference Programme. The Programme contains several cells with titles & presenters’ names. I want to create an Index with the names but the table parent page is the page the table starts in (left page). Not the page the cell exists in. The names that are in the left page, have a correct page number on the Index BUT the names that are in cells that drops to the right page, have wrong page number.

      How do I solve this issue? Any ideas? I would really appreciate your help.
