Find text, replace grep

      I need a script or command to insert a paragraph return after every table in a document. In a text search, but not a grep search, I can find tables using “<0016>”. In a grep search, but not a text search, I can change to the found text followed by a paragraph return (“$0r”). Is there any way of combining the two types of search?
