    Hi all

    The FindChangeByList script is great for changing lots of things that definitely need to be changed.

    I want a script that asks every time. It would be used with GREP statements that identify probable, but not certain, errors.

    So for each line, a dialog would pop up saying “Do you want to change [Jan(\d?\d)] to [January$1]?” Yes/No

    Does such a script exist, or would it be difficult to write?

    I don’t think you need a script for this. You can save your statements as Find/Change Queries and run them sequentially, one by one, skipping the ones that are not required. This will give you better control than a script. Hope that helps.
