File Size and resolution for artwork to be displayed on 75" Screen

      I am designing a piece of artwork that will be displayed on a 75″ High Retina TV display.

      I would like to do my layout in InDesign and then export it to a high res jpg.

      My question is what size do I make the document in InDesign?

      What resolution should my photos be to be placed in the InDesign file out of photoshop?

      Any insight would be much appreciated!
