Facing pages to Spreads

      Hi, I’m looking for a way to turn a document created with facing pages to non-facing spreads. For example, I have a 8.5 x 11 book that is built with facing pages. I’d like to convert it to 11 x 17 spreads so that each spread counts as a single page. This is mostly for auto-page numbering purposes.

      Any help is much appreciated.

      Can’t think of any clever fast way to do that… hm….
