Exporting TOC to Kindle

      I'm formatting a book for Kindle. I've created a TOC and placed it in a separate document after the front matter in the book palette. Unfortunately, when I export the book using the plugin for Kindle (Export to Kindle), the TOC appears after the front cover rather than after the copyright information.

      I decided instead to create my own internal hyperlinks. This time, when I export the book to Kindle, the TOC shows up in the right place but isn't linked in Kindle's “Menu > Go To > Table of Contents” function (after I exported my mobi to my kindle, the “Table of Contents” option is grayed out when I click Menu > Go To).

      Is there an easy way (without working with code) to either 1) place the automatically generated TOC where I want or 2) tell Kindle to recognize my hyperlinks page as the TOC?
