      I have made an interactive PDF of my product catalogue which contains over 9000 products. with every product range, I have added a editable box to fill up quantity by which my customers can fill up their requirements of random items and they have to send us PDF back to us, which we have to find out the requirement out of PDF.

      My question is Is it possible and if yes, then how, to append the filled text to any text/csv/excel format.

      I think it may be possible, but you would have to do the calculation forms and scripting in Acrobat. Consider looking at pdfscripting.com or other Acrobat web sites for more information.
