    We have created a book, that hold 6 InDD files, that is 100 pages total of a catalogue of products & resources that our company sells.
    Is it possible to Collect for Output the book so it is just one InDD file? (links & fonts included)

    Hello Romeo,

    The solution for your question is very simple.If I understood your question, you want to merge several files in one.

    Just follow the steps:

    1.Open both documents
    2.Open the Pages palette
    3.select the pages you want to copy
    4.right/control-click on the selected Pages and select Move Pages…
    5.change Move to:’s pop-up menu to the desired destination, set the Destination: as needed
    OK
    Repeat once for each document (no drag-drop) and you can have everything in a single .indd.
