Excel table flow

      I am hoping that someone can help me with this question, that I have attempted to self-research but without results.
      I often import long spreadsheets into multi page documents. I have them flow from one page to another. I like to use the num-pad enter on certain rows to force the flow where I want them to. The problem is if I change my mind I cannot seem to get the table from page 2 to revert back to the frame on page 1.

      Think I’ve had similar problems in the dim and distant past. When forcing a certain row onto the next page, I worked around it by either 1/ making a row deeper or 2/ inserting a blank row or 3/ reducing the size of the text frame.
