Epub issues with InDesign

      Hi

      I belong to a writer's group and have been using InDesign to output epubs and then using Calibre to output Mobi since most people I've done conversions for have been going to Amazon. One customer recently tried uploading the actual epub I created to Ipad and to another site called bookbaby and couldn't due to errors. They were as follows.

    • ERROR: Unknown.epub: length of first filename in archive must be 8, but was 16

    • ERROR: Unknown.epub: Required META-INF/container.xml resource is missing

      • The customer also said that there were a lot of notes about the file being created in InDesign (I have CS5) and using embedded fonts where I selected “do not embed” when exporting to Epub.

      Any ideas as to what could be causing the problem? Bookbaby, according to the customer, didn't even see the file as an epub.
