Epub 3 audio not working on some Android and Windows devices

      Hi,

      I created an Epub 3 file with InDesign but have troubles getting the audio to work on all devices.

      It works perfectly on Mac and iOS with Apple Books. It also works perfectly on Windows 10 with Microsoft Edge.

      But it doesn’t always work on Android. It works for some people with Lithium Reader or Infinity Reader and doesn’t for others.

      When it doesn’t work, the play buttons don’t even appear.

      Any idea what’s causing this and how to fix it?
