    I have cretaed an epub, version 3.0 using Adobe InDesign CS6. However, when I try to validate it using the epub validator, provided by the International Digital Publishing Forum, I receive the following message

    ‘External identifiers must not appear in the document type declaration’.

    As it is my first attempt to create an epub, could you please explain how I might make the necessary correction?

    I vaguely recall that, it may have been fixed in a CS6 patch. I’ll nose around.
