      Hello,
I would appreciate any insight. I’m using Indesign CC 2017.
I have a fairly complex Word manuscript with footnotes, endnotes and a ton of tables and charts that I need to import into inDesign. I’ve tried to simplify all the tables down so the import doesn’t crash my inDesign, and I’ve been successful with that. However, a weird thing is happening with my reference numbers. Some paragraphs have a reference number that shows a range. For example 34-38. At the end of those paragraphs, in InDesign, it spits out all the numbers in that range – in this example it would show 34,35,36,37,38. Any thoughts on why this might be happening?

      Thanks,
      Jamie

I don’t think InDesign’s endnotes features has a “range” feature. Maybe it can’t deal with that.

Yeah – I think I just have to do this particular endnote project mostly manually. There’s other variables that inDesign can’t do either.
      Thanks for the response!
