      If you go to the Window>Utilities>Scripts

      Under

      Application>Samples>Javascript

      There is an script called “Animation Encyclopedia.js”

      Go ahead – click it. Do it. Then expor the generated file to SWF.

      Use the page curl in the bottom right corner to switch pages.

      But play with it – it's way cool. That is very handy indeed!

      Pity it's not designed a tiny bit better – but man that is awesome!
