Edit InDesign pdf form subject line

      I may be missing something here, but I can not figure out how to edit the subject line of a pdf form in InDesign.

      I’ve created a form in InDesign with a Submit button. In Acrobat I’m able to add a subject line, but I’m unable to figure out how to do that in InDesign. When I create the pdf form and run a submission test, the subject consists of the words”Form Returned:” then the name of the file. Is there any way to edit this in InDesign or do I have to do the submit portion in Acrobat?
