Duplicating Pages In A Spread

      Right now, I'm about to go in print. However, the printer guy wants a different layout. Instead of the regular spread, he needs duplicate pages on each spread, as in:

      Spread 1: pg1 pg1

      Spread 2: pg2 pg2

      And so on…

      Is there an easy way to do this in InDesign? How about a PDF export? He only requires a PDF file.

      Sounds like he wants an imposition program. He's a printer; he should own his own imposition software, not depend on you to do it for him.

      There are obnoxious ways to do this in InDesign, but no easy way.
