Drag Drop Image with Default Size and rotation

      Hi all,

      I have a grocery catalogue that i do each fortnight and want to know if one of these is possible

      1. Drag the image from finder to page in indesign not at 100% but at a set width and rotation without having frame already there

      or

      2. ability after image has been placed to export it as a snippet with the link name as the file name of the snippet
