Drag an Drop Anchoring has gone (broken)!!

      Drag an Drop Anchoring in CS6 seems to have disappeared.
      Has anyone else had this happen?
      The icon that shows an item is Anchored is not showing either.
      I can anchor in the “old fashioned” way of cut and pasting, but loosing drag an drop is quite a pain.

      Any solutions gratefully accepted. Will this mean a reset of some kind?

      You can see the frame edges, but when you select a frame you cannot see the anchor box on any side? (One time I could not see the anchor box until I realized the frame was rotated 90° and it was on the side instead of the top!)

      Yes I can see the frame edges, in fact all is as it should be, except the little blue anchor box is missing.

      Rebuild preferences fixed it.
      The gremlins had got in, but have now been banished.
