DPS problem: Locking a button's position on an oversize image while scrolling?

Hello!
I am creating an interactive product brochure (for a floor lamp)usong the latest Adobe DPS, where the product image is defined as scrollable frame which is scrolled top-down.
(image size about 1024 x 1600)
I want to have buttons which highlight the important product areas (on/off button, luminary etc.) and display small text frames with explanations when tipped.
The problem is that the buttons stay in the same absolute position on the iPad display while the image is scrolled up and down – I want to have them locked to the respective parts of the image; I want them to scroll down with the image… How do I achieve this?
