Hi,
I am new to this forum. I want to ask the experts out there what they think is better when creating a big and long portfolio for art and design subjects. I study interior architecture and as I go into my final year I will be creating two big, bold, detailed and perhaps long portfolios. No more then 100 pages long.
I have been doing some research on-line about one document vs book option for ID. What would peoples recommendation be? I know for a fact that my two portfolios will be split in to several sections e.g research, development, final design and therefore I thought it would be better to make each section/chapter into separate documents.
They will be quite detailed so is there an option in ID for it to be faster. By perhaps reducing quality on screen? Is there also any kind of tips for things like that an just general awareness? I used ID for the first time last year and found that on occasions it would freeze. I just don’t want to loose bits work when I did on rare occasions.
